Robert Barnes of L.E. Barnes & Sons farms 2000 hectares at Marston Moretaine, Bedfordshire. Having tried other systems Robert was desperate to find an effective safety adviser who could bring his contracting business up to scratch. We focused on staff training and team building exercises that increased awareness of best practice. Robert is operating across many farms in the area and with rapid expansion in mind wanted to be able to reassure client farmers that his safety systems were industry leading.
