Stephen Honeywood farms 700 acres at Norton near Bury St Edmunds. The business has diversified into horse feed. Stephen produces a molassed chaff horse feed under the trade name of ‘Honeychop’. Our focus for Stephen was getting the basics right and ensuring that risk assessments and safe working practices were in place for high risk activities. Three years on Stephen is now fine-tuning his system to address lesser risks.
